Founded in 2023 in Washington State, SRS Roofing (Smart Roofer Systems) was born from frustration and fueled by opportunity. After Dan experienced an unresponsive local roofing market during a time of need, he and longtime friend Tate saw a clear gap in the industry: a lack of quality service, strong systems, and customer-focused operations. Leveraging Tate’s background in commercial roofing and Dan’s entrepreneurial drive, they launched SRS Roofing with a mission to revolutionize the roofing experience through innovation, high-quality materials, and standout service.

By March of 2025, the company had already built a strong local reputation, and that is when Jacob joined the team. Bringing his expertise in marketing, sales, and systems, Jacob helped propel SRS Roofing into its next stage of growth. From streamlining operations and improving internal communication to boosting lead flow and sales performance, Jacob’s contributions have strengthened the foundation Dan and Tate built, ensuring SRS Roofing can scale without losing the personal touch that made it successful.

To qualify for an SBA loan third-party financing, franchise candidates should have at least $65,000 in liquid assets or in a qualified 401k account.

In addition, candidates should have a credit score of 700 or better, no bankruptcy over the last 10 years, and no criminal convictions.
