After Dan experienced an unresponsive local roofing market during a time of need, he and longtime friend Tate saw a clear gap in the industry: a lack of quality service, strong systems, and customer-focused operations. Leveraging Tate’s background in commercial roofing and Dan’s entrepreneurial drive, they launched SRS Roofing with a mission to revolutionize the roofing experience through innovation, high-quality materials, and standout service. To qualify for an SBA loan third-party financing, franchise candidates should have at least $65,000 in liquid assets or in a qualified 401k account.
